2. User-Generated Content & Original Photography
Spotters retain full ownership and copyright of the photographs they upload to AvgSpots. By uploading, you grant AvgSpots a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, format, and distribute the content in connection with operating the platform.
Mandatory requirements: You must only upload photographs taken by yourself. Staged marketing assets, third-party press photos, or images scraped from other websites are strictly prohibited.
3. Safety & Spotting Etiquette
Photography must take place from public viewpoints. Trespassing into private property, driveways, or commercial garages without permission is prohibited. Never endanger traffic, pedestrians, or yourself for a photograph.
4. Content Moderation & Account Suspension
We reserve the right to review, edit metadata of, unpublish, or delete submissions that violate platform guidelines, infringe copyright, or create safety risks.
